Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mrt88 ("Platform"). By registering, logging in, or using any part of the mrt88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document. Account Eligibility & Registration

To use the mrt88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Any inaccurate or false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently terminated without compensation.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the mrt88 platform. mrt88 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended with balances forfeited.
You must register using full name, phone number, and accurate personal information and verifiable. False information renders the account invalid.
mrt88 account is for personal use only — it may not be transferred, shared, or used by any party other than the registered owner.
The use of VPNs, proxies, or location-masking methods is absolutely forbidden. mrt88 reserves the right to suspend accounts detected using such methods.
A Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process is required for your first withdrawal and may be requested periodically. Accepted documents include a valid MyKad, passport, or driving licence.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Mrt88 supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods including FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and ShopeePay. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account automatically upon successful payment confirmation.
The minimum withdrawal is RM30. Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers and a few minutes for e-wallets.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. This is a standard policy to prevent financial fraud.
mrt88 is not liable for any delays caused by the bank or payment processor third parties beyond our control.
All withdrawals are subject to standard security checks. Withdrawals that meet certain thresholds require additional KYC verification before processing.
mrt88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations pending the completion of an investigation.

Important Notice: Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using a bank account or e-wallet that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotions

Mrt88 offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

Each bonus may only be claimed once only unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts is prohibited.
The wagering requirement (rollover) for the welcome bonus is as specified in the promotion terms concerned. Please read each promotion's terms carefully before claiming.
Bonus cannot be converted to cash directly. Only winnings earned after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled may be withdrawn.
mrt88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect bonuses that are currently in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements.
The use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorized methods to meet wagering requirements is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.
mrt88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings where applicable, should promotional abuse or fraud be proven.

Game Rules

All games on the mrt88 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies to ensure fairness and transparency. Each player is responsible for understanding the game rules before playing.

The outcome of all games is final and non-disputable once the round is complete, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that can be verified by the mrt88 technical team.
In the event of technical disruptions or connection failures during a game, mrt88 will use the last verified server record to determine the outcome. Betting amounts may be refunded at mrt88's discretion.
Any attempt to exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in games is strictly prohibited. mrt88 reserves the right to void winnings obtained in such a manner.

The use of automation software, bots, or any technical method to gaining an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in account termination and cancellation of all winnings.
mrt88 reserves the right to withhold account balances that were terminated due to a terms violation, pending completion of an internal investigation. The investigation period is 30 working days.
Players may apply to voluntarily close your own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after KYC verification.

Warning: mrt88 cooperates fully with authorities in investigations related to illegal financial activities. Any account suspected of involvement in money laundering will be reported to the Financial Intelligence Unit (UPENK) without prior notice.
